Rents have risen by 18% on average in continental Europe since 2010, while house prices have risen by 49%. The ratio of the rent increase to the housing price increase is 36.7%.

House rent has increased by 129.4% in Iceland since 2011, while housing prices have increased by 211.4%. The ratio of the rent increase to the housing price increase is 61.2%.
