The Housing and Infrastructure Agency maintains a price monitor for house rent. There you can see the market price of house rent based on registered or notarized lease agreements. You select the criteria that apply, size, age, period, number of rooms and location, and the price monitor provides information on market prices if there are enough rental contracts that match the criteria in the price monitor database. The house rent index is based on the house rent price index.
